MAKING A PURCHASE – select the items you wish to purchase and put them in your shopping cart.  When you have finished shopping you will be asked a few details which we need to verify the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & XXXX and use the secure Nochex merchant account to process the details.  We do not charge for any item until it is ready for dispatch. Alternately your may send a cheque and order by post – you will be notified once your cheque has cleared to advise on delivery date.

There is a minimum order of £80.00

SHIPPING & HANDLING - Our designated dispatch day for mail order is Wednesday for delivery Thursday with orders needed by 7am on the Monday. Orders received after 7am on a Monday will be not be dispatched until the following Wednesday (ie) delivery 10 days after order. PLEASE NOTE  we understand that this is not convenient for everyone so we are more than happy to dispatch any day by prior arrangement please contact us should you require this service.

A small charge is made to contribute to delivery – £10.00

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative product/delivery date or a refund.
