Our designated dispatch day for mail order is Wednesday for delivery Thursday – so any orders received after 7am on a Monday will be dispatched the following Wednesday. 

PLEASE NOTE  we understand that this is not convenient for everyone so we are more than happy to dispatch any day by prior arrangement. Please contact us should you require this service.

Shipping rates are as follows:

• £10.00 for orders up to 20kg
• An extra £8.00 for every following 10kg up to 50kg
• Please contact us for orders over 50kg.

All orders are packaged in special frozen foods boxes and packed with ice to offer you the freshest product possible. The weights mentioned with each product are a minimum weight so you'll never receive a smaller weight than specified.
